Time for Yoga of the Day!
All of these poses are variations of the same powerful pose: Uttitha Parsvakonasana or Extended Side Angle Pose.
This is one of my favorite poses because it just makes me feel strong, and if you hold the pose, you are working a LOT of your large muscle groups at once! ❤️ 💪🏼
One of the many unique things about yoga is that it is yours at your level and your pace. 🙌🏼
This pose, Birds of Paradise, is a pose I used to be the able to do with full leg extension. As you can see here, I’m working on getting back to that this morning !! ☀️
In the spirit of living in the present, I’m good with where I am today. It’s not perfect, but it’s me! I hope this inspires you to be at peace with wherever you may be 🌟🙏🏼
